The Workplace Evaluation is a multiple day process wherein we evaluate the organization on the following criteria:
- Purpose & Direction
- Conscious Leadership
- Culture & Environment
- Ecosystem Relations
It is often used as a precursor to the Executive Workshops, as it is designed to provide much of the organization-specific information used in several key workshop sessions. While many organizations can perform these types of internal evaluations, it is often helpful in getting a full picture to have this evaluation done by an external entity like Rysyr.
This evaluation will require live interviews and automated questionnaires with members throughout the entire organization. Executive management can review the intended questions before the process starts, but should understand because of the nature of the evaluation, some questions may be uncomfortable in a traditional business. However, this evaluation is meant to help leaders completely understand their organization in all its facets.
As some of the questions and processes in this evaluation may deal with sensitive areas, we suggest considering doing the evaluation under an NDA. This is a standard practice that we welcome. Additionally, we want executive management to understand the process as we go through it, and welcome any and all questions regarding the process and its expected results and benefits.
The executive leadership will receive a written report on the conclusion of the evaluation. Pricing varies depending on organization size and number of locations.
